Time Sensitive - Respond ASAP. Notices of Intent Due No Later than March 26, 2021. Hazard mitigation funding is available in the state of Michigan as a result of federal disaster DR-4547-MI. The Michigan State Police, Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division (MSP/EMHSD) is seeking Notice of Intent (NOI) forms—project proposals—for eligible Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) activities. Though the funding is available statewide, funding preference will be given to jurisdictions within the declared counties for DR-4547-MI (Arenac, Gladwin, Iosco, Midland, and Saginaw).
